-Kristaps, Alfred, Sergius and Ivar are currently the other Enforcers in the organization. The Vice Princes are a sleek, tightly organized crew who oversee the criminal activity throughout the area. They are related somehow to almost all the dirt that goes down in the Imperial Capital. However, their position ensures that they are mostly behind the scenes people, the source rather than the causers of shady activity. Add to that the supposed ties of Finn and Kayoshay to black magic, and this is a group that truly earns their name.

-The drug emperor in the South slums is Jamal Inturobe, a Nuari, and the West Side Slums are run by the even more feared Ceol Arvel, a Hinterlander. They have decidedly different approaches to business. Arvel is a ruthless tyrant, whereas Inturobe is a renowned for his diplomatic manner. Inturobe knows the Vice Princes, whereas Arvel has a connection to the Ierendi Isles, and a further connect with a Southron named Alaytun Mudhadis. Mudhadis also knows the VP’s but tells naught of them to Arvel. Both men have real estate throughout the city, especially Arvel, due to his political contributions. The northeast drug dealers are mostly local Thyatians, and are not as organized or as careful.

Jamal Inturobe AL-Anarchist

A former Gladiator, Jamal is in fighting shape still.
He has a crew that fixes up the drugs and bottles/bags them, a team that does distribution, several runners/enforcers, and the employees of his general store that are in on it (about half). A chief lieutenant of his is Justus Huntibe, a local block bleeder.

Arvel is built like a boxer, the hallmark of his Headhunter days. He has long hair and a thick beard.
Ceol’s men run deep, plain and simple-due to his control of the plazas he is virtually untouchable. He has many lieutenants that help him run his large organization, including Connwyn Kenith and the Elite Enforcers Blaze (Deniel), Gremlin (Haul), Hawk (Gryffydd), Ogrillon (Vaughn) and Pike (Hefin). Ceol’s business makes him insecure and paranoid, so he has little humor when things go wrong. He has a hard-hearted and menacing demeanor, but a soft spot for his family. Not as cerebral as Connwyn, he is nevertheless intuitive and shrewd.

Deniel

Deniel is not tall, but is very powerfully built and intimidating. His temperament is actually fairly upbeat and funny for a killer. He currently is known as being the most efficient and reliable assassin/enforcer of the bunch.

Haul

The compactly built Haul is usually intense-looking, and his lean angular face makes him fearsome looking when he is angry. His temper is a legendary thing, and the small man is a terrifying combatant with his sewar (a type of longknife)

Gryff is tall and slender but built like a warrior nonetheless. He has the ambition, astuteness and wit to perhaps rise in the ranks.

Vaughn

Built somewhat like a mack truck, Vaughn is a handsome man despite his large girth. Vaughn has been reprimanded before by Arvel for bad decisions and is less trusted than he once was, but his vicious reputation still speaks volumes for him.

Hefin is the small one of the top dogs-or is he? Hefin is actually a quick thinking and able lieutenant, perhaps keenly pretending not to be too ambitious or good at what he does.

Kenith is more slightly built than Arvel but just as muscular and lean. He has shoulder-length hair and a true Celt-style mustache.
Kenith is Ceol’s go-getter right hand. He is more treacherous and manipulative than Arvel, a honey-tongued viper. Connwyn is cerebral and ambitious, with an impressive sense for economics and organization.

Alaytun Mudhadis AL-Aberrant

Years of living well have given the once lean warrior Mudhadis a wider profile, though he is still a deadly fighter. His Ylari-style mustache is grey, just as his dark hair is shot through with granite. His once crisp face is now round and ruddy, though still noble-looking. Alaytun has an amiable and almost warm demeanor, but also a ruthlessness to match the baddest.
